Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 9, 2026

True Colors believes everyone should be able to browse and buy our jewelry easily and independently, including people with disabilities. As a small business (osek patur), we are exempt from the website accessibility obligations under regulation 35F of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. We have nevertheless chosen, voluntarily, to make true-colors.io as accessible as we can, using Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0, level AA) as our guide.

What we have done

  • Our store uses a current Shopify theme designed with accessibility in mind.
  • The site can be navigated with a keyboard, and the main pages have a clear heading structure.
  • Product images include text descriptions (alt text).
  • Text and background colors were chosen for readable contrast.
  • Forms (checkout, contact, newsletter) have labels and error messages.
  • We check the site with keyboard navigation and screen readers and fix the problems we find.

Known limitations

Some content may not yet be fully accessible, for example embedded Instagram content. Parts of the checkout are provided by Shopify and payment providers; we work with them where possible. We are continuing to improve.
