Cancel an Order

You can cancel your True Colors order by sending us a cancellation notice in any of the ways below.

How to send your cancellation

Please include

• Your full name
• Your ID number (teudat zehut), or passport number if you live outside Israel
• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to cancel

We will confirm that we received your notice.

Good to know

• Catalog pieces: you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the necklace or the order details, whichever is later (4 months for seniors 65+, people with disabilities and new immigrants where the purchase included a conversation with us).
• Custom-made pieces: you can cancel within 3 business days of ordering, or later as long as we have not started making the piece.
• If you cancel because you changed your mind, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, may apply. No fee applies if the item is defective, not as described or late.
• We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice.
