Shipping policy

Every True Colors necklace is handmade in Israel and carefully packed for delivery.
Processing time
- Catalog pieces: prepared and shipped within 4–5 business days of your order.
- Custom-made pieces: made and shipped within up to 7 business days (about a week) of your order.
- Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
1. Shipping within Israel
Domestic orders are delivered by UPS. After your order ships, delivery takes about 1–3 business days.

- Pickup point delivery: your parcel is delivered to a UPS pickup point near you, and you'll be notified when it's ready to collect.
- Home delivery: UPS delivers the parcel to your door.
- All prices on our site are the final price you pay, in ILS. We do not add VAT or any other tax at checkout. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
2. International shipping
We ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

- Delivery times are the carrier's estimates; customs checks, postal delays and holidays in either country can add time.
- No Israeli VAT is charged on any order.
Customs duties and import taxes
- Import duties, taxes (e.g. VAT/GST) and customs or handling fees in your country are not included in our prices or shipping charge and are paid by you, on delivery or when your carrier or customs authority asks. We can't predict these charges, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- We declare the true value and contents of every parcel on the customs form. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or under-declare their value.
- If you refuse a parcel or do not pay the import charges and it comes back to us, we will refund your order minus the original shipping charge and any return fees we are charged. This does not apply if the item was defective or not as described.
International returns
You may cancel and return an international order under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. You pay the return shipping, unless the item is defective, wrong or not as described, in which case we cover it. Please contact us before sending, and we'll tell you how to mark the parcel as a return of Israeli goods so it isn't charged import tax on arrival in Israel. Import duties and taxes you paid in your country are not refundable by us; you may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority or carrier.
3. Address, lost or damaged parcels
- Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we will re-send it at your cost.
- If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 business days (Israel) / 20 business days (abroad) after dispatch, or arrives damaged, email service@true-colors.io with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
